    Can I return an item?

    We are happy to accept a return or exchange of new items within 30 days of your order’s arrival. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refundable. A 10% restocking fee of the product's value may be applied if it is returned in an unsellable condition.     What if my order was delivered but I didn't receive it?

    If your tracking information has reported a successful delivery but you have not received it, please contact USPS at 1 (800)222-1811 or UPS at 1 (800) 742-5877. OtterSpace® is not responsible for lost or missing packages that have been successfully delivered to the shipping address associated with your order. Please contact your carrier, as they can check the geotag of the delivery scan and escalate an investigation on your behalf. We do not issue refunds or replace items in lost packages that were reported as successfully delivered.

    How will I be refunded?

    Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or as store credit, if applicable. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Allow up to 14 business days to process your refund.

    What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

    Please contact us at hello@inotterspace.com. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within seven days of the delivery date to discuss replacement options.

    Are there items that cannot be returned?

    • Items marked **Final Sale** cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Digital gift card purchases are not eligible for return and have no cash value.
    • Original shipping costs and gift wrapping are nonrefundable.
