Shipping Policy

Will I receive an email confirming my order or shipment?

You will receive an email confirming your order and another with tracking information when your order ships. If you don’t find these in your inbox after placing an order, please check your spam folder. If you have any questions regarding your order, please email hello@inotterspace.com. A shipping notification will be emailed to you once your order is processed and ready to ship.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For in-stock products, orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. When we have an unusually high volume of orders due to seasonal launches, sales, or holiday closures, it may take a bit longer for your order to ship. Please note that we cannot guarantee arrival dates and are not responsible for any transit delays or missing packages that are marked as successfully delivered.

What if my order was delivered but I didn't receive it?

If your tracking information has reported a successful delivery but you have not received it, please contact USPS at 1 (800)222-1811 or UPS at 1 (800) 742-5877. OtterSpace® is not responsible for lost or missing packages that have been successfully delivered to the shipping address associated with your order. Please contact your carrier, as they can check the geotag of the delivery scan and escalate an investigation on your behalf. We do not issue refunds or replace items in lost packages that were reported as successfully delivered.
