Sleep is so GOOD we came back for more! Our sleep has never been better! Ambient street light used to penetrate into our room at night but now it's so dark that I have accidentally ran into our bedroom furniture!! LOL! We were motivated to get the blackout layer because we had a baby on the way. Our newborn has been sleeping through the night since 6 weeks old! Even the daytime naps for Mama and baby are restful with the blackout layer in effect. Soon baby will move rooms and we purchased a second set so we could keep one in our room. This system works! It is super easy to install and modify. Highly recommend!!
I've tried just about everything to darken my little ones room and nothing has been as good as these blackout curtains. I wish I had these when she was younger to help stop those early morning wake ups and to stretch her naps. She's grown to be a decent sleeper but when we added these curtains in, we somehow have been getting her to sleep even longer. I can't wait for us to get to try this on our next kid! Also doesn't hurt that they look and feel amazing, blending right in with our existing curtain set!
I cannot begin to properly express how much these curtains have changed my life. I am in a tiny studio apartment with venetian blinds on the windows and strict rules by management about what we can and cannot attach to the walls. Two of the windows have security lights. Until I received the curtains, the apartment always had some light; which made it harder for me to get a good sleep.
With the curtains closed, the apartment is cave dark! My sleep pattern has modulated and I am dreaming more; getting better sleep. This is important as I have been working on healing two back-to-back traumatic brain injuries...a journey unto itself. Definitely the best blackout curtains I have used.
Genius system that really does block out all light! After years of struggling with regular black out curtains (that needed a paper blackout layer taped to the window), I can finally open the curtains and get light during the day and total darkness for nap times! Will be buying more.

These are the real deal! As someone who works night shifts, I need my room to be black as pitch and these turn it into a cave. No light gets through, and they are easy to put together and then even easier to take down and put up when it’s time for a night shift.
